Today, the Los Angeles, CA – UK duo Royal Blood has declared they will be coming back to North America for an extended headlining tour starting July 15th in Charlotte, NC.

Royal Blood began their musical journey in 2013 with their debut single, “Out of The Black” on November, 11th 2013 to quickly find themselves as supporting acts for the Artic Monkeys, Portugal. The Man., and The Pixies on their forthcoming tour.

The group’s debut EP, “Out of The Black” was released March 18th through Warner Bros. Records, and the tracks almost resonate a similar sound of Queens of The Stone Age or a heavier version of Kings of Leon.

If any band exemplifies hard-rock, it is Royal Blood, with their extensive vamping, agitated vocals, and electric guitar riffs. The groups’ efforts and talent have not gone unnoticed proving from their quick success and exposure.

LA Records stated in a press release, “If you haven’t heard of Royal Blood, wait a couple months and they will be the talk of every rock music circuit.” Also, while in the states, the band made their U.S. television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live performing tracks, “Out of the Black” and “Little Monster”.

Rumors have been floating around that the band will release their first album in August, which I find miracuelous alongside their strenuous tour schedule. But it goes to show that this band is persistent and has intentions for musical achievement.

The upcoming tour will make stops at Lollapalooza in Chicago, as well as Osheaga Music and Arts Festival in Montreal. The tour will span from mid-July to mid-October. See below for tour dates.
