The Michigan Wolverines conquered their in-state rivals the Michigan State Spartans on Wednesday at Ray Fisher Stadium, 2-0.
Michigan scored without any big hits to achieve their 10th win this season (10-9). In the second inning, a run came home on a double play by junior Drew Culbertson. Junior Matthew Ossenfort scored and Evan haeger advanced to third base.
In the fourth inning, another run was scored this time by Evan Haeger on a wild pitch to end the game.
Next up, the Wolverines host Nebraska at home in a weekend series beginning Friday.
