Louder Than Life Announces 2026 Lineup

Iron Maiden, My Chemical Romance, Limp Bizkit and Tool headline this year

Louder Than Life returns and the line up is certainly well stacked. Enough so that the promise I made to myself to refrain from buying more festival tickets is seeming more and more less likely to hold true.

Louder Than Life is a four-day rock music festival taking place in Louisville, Ky., from September 17-20. Fans can expect sets from nearly 200 bands including legendary headliners Iron Maiden, My Chemical Romance, Limp Bizkit and Tool. I’m personally excited to see some of my all time favorite bands like A Day To Remember, Pierce The Veil, Sleep Theory, Sunami, Sleeping with Sirens, Hot Mulligan, Rise Against and to be honest way too many to name.

The festival does a great, well-rounded job of bringing in bands from all over the alternative scene. With bands like Mastodon bringing in more of a metal vibe, to the reggae ska punk vibe of Sublime, there’s something for every rock music fan.

If you too are concerned about spending way more money than you anticipated with festivals this year, they do sell single day passes starting at $175. However, I gotta say, it is the opinion of this certified fan girl that Louder Than Life this year has earned a spot on my ‘must do’ list of shows.

Let us know if you’re heading to Louder Than Life this year, and what bands you’re most excited to see.
