One of the largest festivals returns this June as Summerfest celebrates its 58th anniversary in Milwaukee.
Summerfest is held over three consecutive weekends with over 600 artists performing across 12 different stages throughout the nine day span. The festival will take place at Maier Festival Park on the shore of Lake Michigan. The weekends in which Summerfest will be held are June 18-20 , June 25-27 and July 2-4. Country legend Garth Brooks will be handling opening ceremonial duties with performances on June 16 and 17.
Although Summerfest has displayed some most exhilarating events throughout its history, the announcement of artists performing this year has people raving about the event already.
The headliners for June 18-20 include Don Toliver, Megan Moroney and Carin Leon.
June 25-27 headliners include Ed Sheeran, Cody Johnson and Post Malone.
The final weekend features Muse, Alex Warren and Jelly Roll.
Tickets for general admission will grant access to all festival ground stages within the timeframe of noon to midnight. Prices for parking will increase throughout the upcoming months from February all the way to June. Early bird parking is $25 throughout February. In March, parking will be $26 and again in May to $30.
