I hopped off the plane from Daytona to Tennessee only to see Furnace Fest had announced their line up, and got excited to head to another festival all over again — as if I didn’t just get wrecked at Welcome To Rockville.
For those who don’t know, Furnace Fest is a two day rock festival that’s held in Birmingham, Ala. October 10-11. Headliners of this festival were announced to be A Day To Remember and Bring Me the Horizon. Other acts playing over the two day festival include: Underoath performing all of of “Define The Great Line”, BMTH playing all of “ Count Your Blessings”, Chiodos, Emory, Motionless in White, Slaughter To Prevail, Chelsea Grin, Angel Du$t and more.
The festival takes place at the Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark, and tickets have just recently gone on sale for GA, VIP and hotel packages. As we’ve established, I am in my festival era, and trying to go to a variety of so many, so this one is for sure on my radar.
