IGAP: Phelan The Heat From Rivalry Week

It’s all about THE GAME and how you play it!!

Welcome y’all to what is one of the most unpredictable weeks of sports betting (particularly the NCAA) where rivals clash and titans can fall. Be it David or Goliath these matchups know no true favorite. Which is what  makes this a chance at a historic pay day weekend when everything is being left on the line. A whole bunch of grown men who hate each other line up just inches apart. Ready to prove who is the bigger man. Let’s take a calculated look at an incalculable  game.

UPSET OF THE WEEK

NCAA Prediction

(+205) over Florida State (-245): Y’all know what happens when a bunch of Floridians get together? Freaking chaos man. I think this matchup in the swamp can get sticky for the Seminoles. Etienne is a game changer and when you have a solid QB like Mertz anything is possible.

NO NFL Prediction The Lines Are Too Close Besides The Raiders And I Don’t Have A Good Phelan About That One.

Money Lines

NCAA Prediction

North Carolina (-130) over NC State (+110): Drake Maye is wanting to end the regular season with a explosive show to help raise his draft stock and hopefully secure the QB1 slot in his class. To get to 9-3 and hopefully grab a decent bowl game these final two games will be vital. Neighbors are going brawl in this one folks.

NFL Prediction

Philadelphia Eagles (-159) over Buffalo Bills (+139): The Bills shut me up last week against the Jets, but I suppose one of the few teams showing more dysfunction than the Bills is the Jets. I think they get shocked back into the dim reality that has this season for Allen and Co. The Eagles are full of play makers and leaders. Also they have mastered the Brotherly Shove with the help of 600 pound squatter Jalen Hurts.

Spreads

NCAA Predictions

Texas A and M (+12 and 1/2 at -110) over LSU (-12 and 1/2 at -110): The Aggies want to show they are capable of life after Jimbo Fisher and look to play a good game against potential Heisman winner Jayden Daniels. The Aggies will look to their number eight ranked defense to step up and kill the hype to end the regular season. Maybe not a win in the end, but they are more than capable of covering.

NFL Prediction

Baltimore Ravens (-3 at -115) over the Los Angeles Chargers (+3 at -105): The Ravens are a rough match up for anyone and I don’t think the Chargers can handle what they are bringing into Sunday night. The offense comes and goes in spurts for LA and they can’t afford to falter here. On the Ravens side they have looked sharp and I think can outplay the LA defenders.

WOLVERINE WINNER

THE GAME IS HERE

Alright Michigan fateful here it is. Time to shove it to the NCAA and go win the biggest game of the NCAA regular season. Harbaugh will be watching proudly cheeseburger in hand elsewhere as his team goes and proved that it’s the players on the field that win the game.  Here’s the prediction.

Michigan Win, Blake Corum Over 122 rushing yards, And Wilson Anytime TD. (+800): A win is what matters, but with 122 yards Corum can break 1000 yards on the season. A mark I feel he is determined to hit. Wilson gets in for one to add a cherry on top. Go slice ’em up Wolverines.

The NCAA steals some of the attention this week, but make no mistake in the pro and college ranks the matchups this weekend are juicy. I hope the cards fall right for you and we can make this a historic weekend for the gridiron gambler. As always thank you, stay safe, and good luck.
