I’ve Got A Phelan: Week Five parlays and spreads galore

Building momentum exponentially

Welcome folks to week 5 of the I’ve Got A Phelan sports book betting guide. Last week for me was a win with the combination I put my money on from the article. Hopefully y’all put some some picks together for a parlay of riches. This week we look to hone in our predictions even more and let football pay the bills. Upsets galore have been happening. Let’s get this week’s selections of the upset of the week section down pat. Let’s play the odds and try and double down this beautiful weekend.

Upsets of the week

NFL Prediction

Jacksonville Jaguars (+210) over the Buffalo Bills (-250): Spending their second straight week in England and after looking good in the first game of the international series I think the edge they have in acclimation for the environment they pull of the upset. The Bills look dominant, but they did lose a big defensive piece in Tre’Davious White. With the lag they are bound to face after the long flight and time change I think the sharpness is thrown off and the Jaguars pounce on the golden opportunity.

NCAA Prediction

Kentucky (+460) over Georgia (-600): This week the big dawg gets downed by an exciting Wildcat team. Georgia has not looked the role of the dominant number one we expected. I think the sluggish play and mental mistakes prove to be too much to overcome this week. Kentucky will have to be perfect, but the have an undefeated swagger about them I don’t think they are willing to lose.

Money Line Predictions

NFL Prediction

Arizona Cardinals (+145) over the Cincinnati Bengals (-165): At the beginning of the year you told me I’d ever consider making this pick I’d of had you  clinically examined. Well here we are. The Bengals appear a shell of themselves and the Cardinals are not the army of tanks we expected to see, yet an army of motivated troops. On paper it looks like the Bengals should roll them, but if you follow the NFL regularly you’ll see why the faith in the Bengals is in flux. Joe Burrow is cold. Not in a good way. His protection has more holes than the NFL script itself. He’s scared and I believe the team is broken. Cards get the W.

NCAA Prediction

Fresno State (215) over Wyoming ( 185): I got Keene feeling Fresno State handles Wyoming. Their QB is giving Derek Carr vibes way back when . Another team not ready to give up the undefeated mantra they are riding behind handles business. These Bulldogs with a bark while other Bulldogs go out with a whimper.

Spreads

NFL Prediction

San Francisco 49ers (-3 and 1/2) at (-105) over the Dallas Cowboys (+3 and 1/2) at (-115): Its hard not to always take the 49ers at this point. They have superstar talent at every position. The Cowboys always seem to bring a sense of doubt and uncertainty into each week. I think they get demoralized easy and with the 49ers every down will be a grind. It’s taxing playing a team this good and I don’t think Dallas has the guts to make this a slug fest.

NCAA Prediction

Texas (-5) at (-113) over Oklahoma (+5) at (-107): Ewers Longhorn squad is a legit contender in winning the championship this year. They excel across the board. Oklahoma will be no easy task, but I think the Longhorns are too much go handle and Oklahoma will want the game to end Sooner rather than later. I Got A Phelan the Longhorns have a stampede and trample OU.

Wolverine Winner

JJ McCarthy Over 1.5 Passing TD’s, JJ McCarthy Over 215.5 passing yards, and Blake Corum Over 90.5 rushing yards at (+328): The Wolverine offense is humming as it slashes it’s way through every defense it’s faced. This game should be another stat builder and I think the stars all cover there threshold predictions here. The Golden Golphers have slayed a giant or two before, but this week is not one of triumph. Only on Wolverine domination.

Take a good look y’all this is a fun and exciting weekend with opportunities aplenty. My wife’s increasingly loud snoring in my ear did not distract my late night dedication in making this article in my readers who are finding it to be a useful tool. I will always do my best to walk the line of risk and reward and give you a ace up your sleeve. My biggest competition at this point in the crazy prediction world is Tony Romo and The Simpsons. I envy them. None the less this weeks predictions are primed to pop off some big wins. Thank you all again for taking the time to read my I Got A Phelan weekly article  and as always best of luck.
