French electronic band Dirtyphonics collaborated with heavy rock electronic artist Sullivan King for a EP, Vantablack. The EP blends the talent of the artists and produces a unique sound.
Dirtyphonics is made of Charly Barranger, Julien ‘Pitchin’ Corrales and Julien Lignon. The trio has a sound ranging from French dubstep to mixes channeling notes of rock.
The EP’s single, “Sight Of Your Soul” is a refreshing blend of acoustic lyrics and electronic melodies that captivates the listener. It’s dancing electronic vibes highlights the Dirtyphonics sound. King’s metal blend to the electronic sound is showcased in the EP as well. Songs like “Vantablack” and “Hammer” have a heavier sound.
Vantablack is six very different tracks. While they all have a unique sound, they blend together in an EP that takes dance, electronic and rock to a whole new level.
