[dropcap]M[/dropcap]odern metal icons, Slipknot, are primed to make their epic return in the U.S. with the announcement of this year’s Knotfest. The three day festival will take place from October 24th – 26th at San Manuel Amphitheater & Campgrounds in San Bernardino, CA. This marks the first occasion that the band’s festival will be held at the same location throughout its run.
Knotfest U.S. 2014 will be headlined by Slipknot, with performances from Danzig, Five Finger Death Punch, Volbeat, Killswitch Engage, Anthrax, Of Mice & Men, Black Label Society, Atreyu, The Devil Wears Prada, Hatebreed and many others.
Slipknot will close out the Main Stage on both Saturday and Sunday; playing unique sets each night which will feature brand new music. In addition, all ticket purchasers will receive a digital copy of the band’s upcoming album, to be delivered on release date.
