Modern Chemistry releases first full-length album ‘Everything In Gold’

New Jersery-based rockers Modern Chemistry have dropped their first full-length release in "Everything in Gold."...

New Jersey rockers Modern Chemistry dropped their first full-length album, which has been a culmination of living and learning over their past EP’s they have released.

Everything In Gold, produced by Paul Leavitt (Have Mercy, The Dangerous Summer), is a mix of all the best elements that you have heard from Modern Chemistry in the past, but this also delves into the deeper talent that Joe Zorzi (vocals, guitar), Brendan Hourican (guitar) and Jesse Slachman (drums) are capable of pouring out. From start to finish, the dreamy sounds starting out the title track, to the slightly heavier guitar in “Pretty Death” and “It’s Been a While (Demons),” this whole album will keep your feet tapping.

The title track came with a video release in which Zorzi commented:

“We wanted the video to feel like a fever dream. We wanted to focus mainly on visuals that provoked a certain feeling rather than a specific story. The feeling of starting over and letting go of whatever holds you back. It’s loosely based on interesting moments from our own lives that helped shape who we are today.”

Don’t miss Modern Chemistry on tour this summer supporting Taking Back Sunday and Every Time I Die.
