[dropcap]P[/dropcap]op music pioneer Madonna made a major comeback this week with the release of six tracks from her upcoming “Rebel Heart” album.

Within hours of the release, the songs topped iTunes and Billboard Trending 140 charts around the world.

While “Living for Love” is No. 1 in 20 countries, the five other early release tracks “Devil Pray,” “Ghosttown,” “Unapologetic Bitch,” “Illuminati” and “Bitch I’m Madonna” (featuring Nicki Minaj) were also hits.

Madonna shared the surprise album news Saturday Night on her Instagram as “an early Christmas gift.”

Fans quickly downloaded the songs, and “Rebel Heart,” which releases in March 2015 on Interscope Records, became a top topic on social media as well, with the use of #Madonna and #RebelHeart in popularity on both Facebook and Twitter.
