The rematch is officially set between the Michigan Wolverines and the Florida Gators with a 3:30 PM kickoff September 2 at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas.
This will be the fourth meeting between Michigan and Florida, where the Wolverines are 3-0 in the previous three matchups; 2003, 2008 and 2016.
Michigan beat the Florida Gators in the 2016 Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl, 41-7, in Head Coach Jim Harbaugh’s first bowl game. Michigan senior quarterback Jake Rudock went 20-of-31 for 278 yards and burning the Gators secondary for three touchdown passes.
In 2008, the Wolverines and Gators faced off in a tough matchup in which the Wolverines beat the Gators 41-35 in the Capital One Bowl; the last game coached by then-head coach Lloyd Carr.
