Florida State’s own Travis Rudolph is making waves on the internet, but it is for something that Rudolph did off the field.
On Tuesday Rudolph and a few other members of the Seminoles football team visited Montford Middle School in Tallahassee. It was there that Rudolph met Bo Paske.
Rudolph noticed Paske sitting alone while he was eating his lunch, so the junior wideout sat down and started eating lunch with him. What Rudolph did not know was that Paske has autism and eats lunch alone almost every day.
Leah Paske took to Facebook to share the story. In a world where people care so much about who they are sitting with at lunch, or if they are popular enough in school. Rudolph went out of his way to make a kids day better and make sure he had someone to eat lunch with.
Kenny Morales of WCTV spoke to Rudolph before practice on Monday.
It does not end with one lunch for Paske, Bo will be in Orlando with his mother Leah for the FSU vs Ole Miss football game on Monday night. He will also be attending a team dinner next week following the Ole Miss game.
