[dropcap]I[/dropcap]t’s March, and that means it’s the time of year where work productivity drops significantly, rivers (and beers) are dyed green and champions are crowned.

March Madness is upon us! This special edition of Upon Further Review looks at Notre Dame and the Irish’s chances of making a legitimate run deep into the tournament. Host Damien Dennis is joined by The Pit’s Sean Cahill to discuss Notre Dame’s opening match up against Northeastern and who they’ll likely face if they advance. As a special bonus to help us better understand where Notre Dame is now compared to a year ago, South Bend Tribune’s ND hoops beat writer  Tom Noie calls in.

The dynamic duo of Damien and Sean then break into the tournament as a whole and give their picks for the Final Four. Will Kentucky run the table? Will Notre Dame make a mark in March? And who will emerge as the dark horse this year?

It certainly is March Madness!
