Adema set to return with original line up

Adema are set to play the Whiskey A Go-Go at the end of May with the original line-up and plan to write and record a new record....

It seems that reunions and comebacks are a popular trend with bands right now. With bands like Guns N’ Roses, Underoath, and more all joining in, it seems the original line up of early 2000’s Adema, will be joining in the roster.

Announcing earlier today on their Facebook page, Adema announced they will be playing the famous Whiskey A Go-Go May 24 under the original line-up, consisting of Kris Kohls, Mike Ransom, Dave DeRoo, Tim Fluckey, and Marky Chavez. They also stated they will be writing and recording a new record as well.

The band formed in 1999 and released their self-titled debut album in 2001. As a Nü metal fan growing up, this record was one that really introduced this style of music to me. With songs like “Freaking Out,” “Do What You Want To Do,” and their huge hit “Giving In,” it was a for sure win in my books. After the many line-up changes and feuds that would follow after their first two records, this is a huge uplift to the old Adema fans.
