Record breaking weekend for Welcome To Rockville and Fort Rock

This past weekend was the official kick off to the World’s Loudest Month with Florida bringing the heat with Monster Energy’s Fort Rock and Monster Energy’s Welcome To Rockville. Over 75,000 fans took over Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville and JetBlue Park in Fort Myers April 29 and 30.

Welcome To Rockville celebrated its 7th anniversary with 2 days, 3 stages and over 40 bands including Def Leppard, Soundgarden, A Perfect Circle and more. As always, fans had a unique experience with gourmet food and a new experience with the eat. rock. repeat area. Attendees were also enjoyed the Jack Daniel’s Experience, the Jacksonville Jaguar’s Rock N’ Jock and a whole bunch more.

New in 2017, Welcome To Rockville and The Student Experience (part of The Music Experience) gave one lucky Bright Futures Scholarship student from north Florida was given a backstage tour and some hands-on experience with how some of the biggest festivals are put together.

Fort Rock brought in the big 5, celebrating 5 years in Fort Myers, Florida. 2 stages with performances by Def Leppard, The Offspring, A Perfect Circle, Papa Roach and a ton more. 

Welcome To Rockville and Fort Rock kick off the 3 month span of the World’s Loudest Month which hit weekends during April, May, and June.
