Was TJ Gibbs a victim of a Grayson Allen tripping incident?

Video circulating around the internet shows what appears to be Duke's Grayson Allen tripping Notre Dame freshman TJ Gibbs during Monday's game....

No. 20 Notre Dame struggled Monday night against No. 21 Duke, falling for the third-consecutive game with the 84-74 loss.

Fans throughout the night let their feelings be known about how they felt about the Blue Devils, and especially, Grayson Allen. Anytime he touched the ball, Purcell Pavilion would erupt in thunderous boos, reminiscent of a Roman Reigns Royal Rumble victory. One incident went unnoticed, however, by both the referees and the fans.

In this shot, Duke’s Allen can be seen tripping Irish freshman TJ Gibbs, something that went unnoticed by everyone, including many of us in the pressbox on Monday. The footage shows Allen stomping at Gibbs’ foot and the freshman taking a tumble, looking confused.

However, from this video it does appear that there was no contact made, or very little.

What do you think? Did Grayson Allen trip TJ Gibbs on Monday or was it just a fluke thing?
