After a 3-0 road stretch to start the Seminoles season, the lady ‘Noles are set to make their home debut against in-state rival the Florida Gators on Friday night.

The Seminoles have outscored their three opponents 7-0 in the early season, including a 1-0 win against No. 8 Texas A&M.

The No. 5 Florida Gators (3-1) on the season are coming off of back to back overtime bouts, dropping one to Stanford 0-1 and pulling off the 4-3 victory against UCLA.

UF is led by senior forward Savannah Jordan, Jordan has been on fire to start the year for the Gators, with four goals and four assist in as many games.

Sophomore Megan Connolly leads the ‘Noles with three goals, but redshirt junior goalkeeper Cassie Miller has been a star for Florida State with three shutouts and six saves in 263 minutes of play.

Florida State and the Florida gators will square off in the top five matchup in Tallahassee on Friday, September the 2nd at 7 P.M.
