Rock on the Range announces the 2015 lineup

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]n what is likely the earliest they’ve ever been announced, AEG Live and Crew Stadium announced Monday the lineup of artists for Rock On The Range 2015 at the home of the Columbus Crew.

Headliners for the three-day event, taking place May 15-17 in Columbus, include Linkin Park, Slipknot and Judas Priest.

Joining the headliners on the list of artists set to perform include: Godsmack, Marilyn Manson, Breaking Benjamin, Rise Against, Volbeat, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, Papa Roach, Halestorm, Of Mice & Men, Ministry, Anthrax, Tech N9ne, In This Moment, Hollywood Undead, Live, Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts, Yelawolf, In Flames, Motionless In White, Saxon, Rival Sons, Apocalyptica, Hatebreed, Periphery, Nonpoint, Baby Metal, The Devil Wears Prada, Dillinger Escape Plan, We Are Harlot, Starset, New Medicine, Beartooth, You Me At Six, Young Guns, Dorothy, Crobot, Shaman’s Harvest, Like A Storm, Unlocking The Truth, Islander, Marmozets, Sabatron, Upon A Burning Body, From Ashes To New, Red Son Rising, and Santa Cruz, with more bands and entertainers to be announced soon.

Tickets for Rock On The Range will go on sale to the general public Friday at 10 A.M. ET. A specially-priced pre-sale is available now through Friday. Ticket information is available at www.ColumbusCrewSC.com/ROTR.

“Crew Stadium is yet again thrilled to continue serving as host to ‘Where Rock Lives,’” said Andy Loughnane, Columbus Crew SC President of Business Operations. “The Rock on the Range 2015 lineup will showcase America’s premier rock music talent, and our venue and city continue to prove that the nation’s elite events belong in Central Ohio.”

Last year’s event sold out in advance for the second year in a row, with over 120,000 concert goers piling into Crew Stadium for the three-day event. AXS TV will be on-site to film the weekend as part of its live festival coverage while the new Jack Daniels Old No. 7 WIP Lounge will be available with wi-fi charging stations, private restrooms, premium food options and more.

Rock On The Range is part of the World’s Loudest Month festival series created by AEG Live. The series features the biggest names in rock music playing in eight U.S. cities for eight different concert experiences in April and May. Last year, more than 368,000 fans turned out to see over 150 different bands perform across the country.
