There’s nothing like winding down after a long, busy day with a cup of tea. Many teas have benefits to help sooth one into sleep.

Tazo’s Calm  is not only great-tasting, but promotes relaxation.

Described as “a comforting blend of chamomile, rose petals & soothing herbs,” the caffeine-free herbal tea is a great bedtime beverage.

Tazo claims the tea has the “the same effect as sitting for 45 minutes in a mountain meadow on a sunny day with your shoes off.”

The heart of the tea, chamomile flowers are known for relaxation benefits and promotion of sleep, according to WebMD.

Another key ingredient is lemon balm. This mint is used for both digestive and anxiety issues. It also blends well with spearmint.

While there are other things added to the mix, including licorice root, blackberry leaves and rose petals, the mint and chamomile flavors are the strongest element of this tea.

Calm can be purchased as a loose tea, but the 20-count box of filter bags provide full taste, for only $4.95.

Steep this tea for 5 minutes (or longer, depending on taste preference) in 8 ounces of boiling water, and prepare for a tranquil evening of sleep and leisure.
